12 November We left the sleepy island of Koh Kood behind and took the Catamaran on the 1 hour journey up to Koh Chang. Chang is Thailand 3rd largest island behind Phuket and Samui. It also has elephants and lots of Chang beer 😁🍺it is much more commercialised with many resorts along the small number of coastal beaches. And lots of restaurants and 7-Eleven shops in supply. We're staying in a small resort called Kai Bae Beach Resort in a family sized garden bungalow. We noted that one hotel reviewer complained about the walk from the garden bungalow to the room. I would like to point out that it takes 10 seconds to get there!
