I forgot to mention - as part of our £11.34 coach journey to Chanthaburi, McDonalds came on board at a service station and handed out chicken burger each 🍔😁. Now that's service 👍. The bus driver was excluded from that offering. Mind you that would be far too easy to eat with one hand.
