So what is is?
The Golden Bridge (Cầu Vàng): A 150-metre-long pedestrian bridge is the park's most famous landmark, appearing as though it is held aloft by two massive, weathered stone hands.
World-Record Cable Cars: The only way to reach the summit (1,487m above sea level) is via a cable car system that holds Guinness World Records for its length and altitude.
French Village: A simulated 19th-century European town featuring Gothic-style castles, cobblestone streets, a cathedral, and a beer garden.
Fantasy Park: An extensive indoor amusement center inspired by Jules Verne novels, offering rides like the Alpine Coaster, 4D/5D cinemas, and a wax museum.
It really is an expensive tourist trap. It gets so over crowded that you need to get there when it opens.
If the weather is bad, there is no visibility at all - so forget any photos of the golden bridge hands or seeing any scenery on the cable car ride to the village.
I did reconsider going last week, just to get some photos for my blog. But at nearly £50pp for transport and basic entrance, I decided to save that money for something more worthwhile to do. 😃
